I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if I am the right provider for you.

 

My office has a private waiting room and parking space, so there is more confidentiality then a typical therapy office.

​My rates are $225.00 for the initial appointment and  $170.00 for the following  50 minute sessions.

Payment is due at the time of service.

I only do in office visits, however if you live out of the area we can arrange longer sessions to accommodate your travel.

 

I accept the following insurances:

Optum, US Behavioral, United Health Care, UMR, Sutter, Concern EAP,  Claremont EAP, and Magellan EAP for CHP and Cal Fire.

Please remember to get authorization as well as to verify your copay and deductible before we meet.

 

 I am also an Out of Network Provider for other insurances. I can provide you with a monthly invoice or "Superbill" that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement. You would just need to call your insurance to see what their rate of reimbursement is for you.

I reserve our sessions just for you, so there will be a fee for cancellations without 24 hours notice.
